Black Engineer of the Year

FCA engineer Kristal Fears, the Global Manufacturing Product Responsible for the C-SUV, was given the 2016 Black Engineer of the Year Special Recognition Award by US Black Engineer and Information Technology magazine. The magazine issues this award to someone in engineering or another STEM field who shows “high merit, broad impact on people and value to society as a whole.” Winners are provided with professional development and networking opportunities to help further their careers.
