Cadillac is embracing an electric future with the newly revealed Cadillac Celestiq. The all-electric Celestiq is slated to be the brand’s flagship sedan. It boasts a sophisticated exterior design and an interior overflowing with premium materials and advanced technologies.
Although no official photos of the Celestiq have been released, rumors say it will pose a striking resemblance to the Cadillac Escala concept and the Cadillac Lyriq. The Jaguar XJ and Audi A7 may also be sources of design inspiration for the Cadillac Celestiq.
A sizable wheelbase, 23-inch wheels and a larger silhouette than the Cadillac CT6 add to the imposing presence of the Celestiq. The EV will feature integrated lighting in its grille and offer drivers a choice of rear- and all-wheel drive. The taillights are crafted into an L-shape with turn signals embedded at the top. The Celestiq is equipped with an all-glass roof but lacks any door handles or side-view mirrors.
The Celestiq’s cabin accommodates four passengers. A dual-functioning system for infotainment options and the sedan’s instrument cluster stretches from pillar-to-pillar. This expansive display is a nod to the 2021 Escalade. Additional screens are located between the driver and front-seat passenger, on the back of the front seats and between passengers in the back seat.
The Cadillac Celestiq won’t be available in dealerships until 2025. Until then, contact Carl Hogan Automotive to learn more about the current lineup from Cadillac.
