Last November, Ram announced its plan to release five “Built to Serve Edition” models of the 2020 Ram 1500, one for each branch of the US military. In addition to honoring the Armed Forces, the Built to Serve edition models highlight Ram Nation, the Ram community of volunteers.
Each Built to Serve Edition Ram 1500 will come with exclusive exterior accents, including black American flag decals, black details around the front and rear bumpers and running boards, and gray-painted wheels. The Built to Serve Editions will be available with Gator Green or Black Diamond exterior paint.
They will also be equipped with off-roading features like raised ride height, heavy-duty shock absorbers, and a locking rear differential, making them capable of delivering heavy-duty power that echoes the performance of vehicles used by the Armed Forces.
Inside, the Built to Serve Editions come with sport seats with custom stitching available in five colors, all-weather slush mats, and tactical accessories such as a molle strip panel for attaching equipment and space for Velcro patches on the front seats.
The Built to Serve Special Editions will roll out in mid-February of this year, so keep an eye out at Carl Hogan Automotive and don’t miss this exclusive, patriotic Ram 1500.
